With spring on its way and everyone bursting from their wintery cocoons, it?s time to look at your team building activities by giving your sales reps strategies for success.
As a career woman and mother, it is important to understand the needs for yourself and for your team during spring (or any season for that matter).? In the beginning, I found scheduling work with our daughters sports activities a challenge.? To keep my schedule running smoothly, I developed team building activities and a system for helping me meet my business needs as well as family obligations.
Team Building Activities Tip #1 ? Create a spring / summer approach to selling / home parties.? Talk to your team about how they can simplify presentations and what to expect from clients who have other engagements that may interfere with booking appointments and parties.? Carry less product, dress more casual and expect to spend less time with customers.? Keep it simple!
Team Building Activities Tip #2 ? Be aware of team members who become distant or unavailable.? Keep them in front of mind and talk to them about continuing to build their business.? Work to help them create a schedule that meets busy person needs as well as business needs.
Spring is known for blooming flowers.? Take time to create team building activities to fertilize your sales garden!?
