Did the Chareidi Mom Try Drowning her 9-Year-Old Daughter?

Police questioned a chareidi mom who arrived at the Metzitzim Beach in Tel Aviv. According to others on the beach, who observed the mother?s actions, it appeared she was trying to drown her 9-year-old daughter.
An inspector ordered mom and her daughter out of the water, Ladaat.net reports, and police questioned her regarding the allegations. She told police that she was simply trying to teach her daughter to put her head under water. She was released following questioning.
